The Energy Internet Coordinating Committee (EICC) of IEEE PES has recently established five task forces:
-
Task Force on State Estimation for Integrated Energy Systems, co-chaired by Assistant Professor Junbo Zhao from Mississippi State University and Assistant Professor Ye Guo from Tsinghua University. Contact: Junbo Zhao (junbo@ece.msstate.edu);
Task Force on Cloud-Based Control and Co-Simulation of Multi-Party Resources in Energy Internet, co-chaired by Associate Professor Yan Xu from Nanyang Technological University and Professor Graeme Burt from University of Strathclyde, U.K. Contact: Yan Xu (xuyan@ntu.edu.sg);
Task Force on Annual Report of the Energy Internet, co-chaired by Deputy Director Feng Gao and Associate Professor Ning Zhang from Energy Internet Research Institute of Tsinghua University. Contact: Feng Gao (fgao@tsinghua.edu.cn);
Task Force on Networked Microgrids in Energy Internet, co-chaired by Professor Zuyi Li from Illinois Institute of Technology, U.S., and Associate Professor Yan Xu from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Contact: Zuyi Li (lizu@iit.edu);
Task Force on Resilient and Secure Large-Scale Energy Internet Systems, co-chaired by Assistant Professor Charalambos Konstantinou from Florida State University, U.S., and Professor Reza Arghandeh from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences. Contact: Charalambos Konstantinou (konstantinou@eng.famu.fsu.edu).
We would be pleased to welcome experts and scholars from all over the world to join us and contribute to the growth of EICC! For more information, please contact the specific task force group of your interest.
(Note: The Energy Internet Coordinating Committee, officially established in June 2020, is the first committee initiated by Chinese scholars in IEEE PES history. Professor Hongbin Sun from Tsinghua University serves as the first chair of EICC, and Professor Mohammad Shahidehpour from Illinois Institute of Technology, U.S. serves as the first vice chair. EICC will focus on the opportunities and challenges brought by the in-depth integration of energy systems and the internet, covering multiple energy domains such as energy, information, value, etc. )
