The 2023 China Energy Internet Conference witnessed the successful convening of the Smart Hydrogen Forum, showcasing a dedicated focus on "Green Hydrogen Empowering Hydrogen-Electric Coupling Intelligence." The event, held in Shanghai, aimed to accelerate the convergence of hydrogen energy and renewable sources, thereby advancing the national agenda towards achieving carbon neutrality. Distinguished participants included leaders, experts, and scholars from Tongji University, China Electricity Council's Committee on Low-Carbon Energy Use and Smart Power, Tsinghua Sichuan Energy Internet Research Institute, China Electric Power Research Institute, State Grid Shanghai Power Company Economic and Technical Research Institute, CRRC Zhuzhou, and representatives from prominent hydrogen energy enterprises. The forum, expertly presided over by Lin Jin, Secretary-General of the Smart Hydrogen Committee, garnered enthusiastic responses and witnessed active engagement from the audience.

One of the key presentations was delivered by Professor Zhang Cunman, Vice Director of the Center for New Energy Vehicles Engineering and Director of the Fuel Cell Composite Power Research Institute at Tongji University. His address, titled "Performance Testing and Standardization of Alkaline Electrolysis Hydrogen Production System," explored the intricacies of hydrogen industry standardization and emphasized the pivotal role of standards in guiding industry development.
