Recently, Stanford University released the “World’s Top 2% Scientists List (Version 6)”, which ranks the top scientists in the world based on their impact and influence in various fields. Among them, 12 talents from the Energy Internet Research Institute of Tsinghua University were selected for the 2022 impact list, and the following are the ones who ranked among the top 100,000 scientists in the world:

The Stanford World’s Top 2% Scientists List is a prestigious academic ranking that aims to recognize the top scientists in the global scientific community. The list is based on the Scopus database, and is published by Professor John P. A. Ioannidis’s team from Stanford University and Mendeley Data, a subsidiary of Elsevier. The list uses six key indicators, namely total citations, Hirsch H-index, co-author corrected Schreiber Hm-index, single author, single or first author, and single/first or last author article citations, to evaluate the “impact” of the papers. The list selects the top 2% of scientists from millions of scientists worldwide, covering 22 fields and 174 sub-disciplines.
