1. Introduction of ACDC 2024
IET International Conference on AC/DC Transmission is a prestigious international transmission conference in the field of power systems. ACDC 2024 is hosted by IET and Tsinghua University, and co-sponsored by Huairou Laboratory and China Electrical Equipment Group, and will be held on July 13-14, 2024 in Shanghai, China.
ACDC 2024 will discuss the cutting-edge topics, industrial dynamics and technology development trends in the field of AC/DC transmission, focusing on the topics of basic components, key equipment and major AC/DC transmission projects for constructing new power systems.

3. Duties and Requirements of Convenors
1. Conveners are requested to download the "Special session Proposal Form" from the conference website, fill in the form and submit it to the conference team before April 10th. 2.
2. No less than 6 articles for each Special session will be organized by the convenor, who will be required to give an oral report at the meeting after acceptance. 3.
3. The manuscripts must be in English, please refer to the conference website for the paper template and submission system.
4. Benefits of Participation
1. The papers accepted and exchanged at the conference will be published by IET in the form of conference proceedings, which will be included in IET Digital library, IEEE Xplore and Inspec databases, and will be submitted to EI for retrieval.
2. A certain percentage of excellent papers will be selected by the conference, and the IET will issue certificates of excellence at the award ceremony, and recommend them to be published in SCI journals such as IET Generation, Transmission & Distribution, High Voltage, etc.
3. Students who submit papers that are accepted by the conference will enjoy a low discount on the registration fee.
4. Students who submit papers for the conference will receive a gift bag prepared by the conference organizer.
