On 15 March, the working meeting of the chairman of the National Energy Internet Industry and Technology Innovation Alliance's Special Committee on Energy Storage Application (hereinafter referred to as the Special Committee) was successfully held at Tsinghua University's Energy Internet Research Institute in Beijing. Prof Gao Wensheng, Secretary General of National Energy Internet Industry and Technology Innovation Alliance and Executive Vice President of Tsinghua University Energy Internet Innovation Research Institute, Jia Junguo, Chairman of the Committee, Pang Qingguo, Secretary General of the Committee, State Grid Energy Research Institute, China Huaneng Group Clean Energy Technology Research Institute, CCCC Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Bureau, Nengjian Times (Shanghai) Institute of New Energy Storage Technology, Zhongguancun Energy Storage Technology Research Institute and Zhongguancun Energy Storage Technology Research Institute. Ltd, Zhongguancun Energy Storage Industry Technology Alliance, Shanghai Jiao Tong University and other units attended the meeting.
The meeting was chaired by Pang Qingguo, the secretary-general of the committee. At the meeting, Pang Qingguo made a report on the work of the committee in the previous year, and Gao Wensheng, the secretary-general of the committee, affirmed the work of the committee, especially in the investment and financing services and the docking between industry, academia and research, and put forward pointing suggestions for the next work. The experts discussed the key work in 2024, and reached a consensus on the work plan of the committee in terms of communication and liaison and working mechanism, brand activities such as standard development and industry report compilation, industrial eco-activities such as annual conference visits and professional and technical exchanges, and industrial services such as investment and financing services, and industry-university-research docking.
Finally, Jia Junguo, the chairman of the committee, made a concluding speech, pointing out that the development of the committee could not be separated from the full support of the members, and that the committee would continue to focus on serving the enterprises, the industry, and the government, and to build a good platform for industrial ecology, industrial development and demonstration applications, and international cooperation.
This meeting has gathered consensus, and has defined the goal and direction for the work of the Expert Committee on Energy Storage Applications in the current year.
