Dr. GAO Feng is the Deputy Director of Energy Internet Research Institute, Tsinghua University, and the Director of its Digital Transformation Research Lab. He also serves as vice chairman of SAC/TC411, deputy general secretary of China Energy Internet Alliance, vice chairman of Electric Digitalization Industrial Commission, China Electric Power Promotion Council, etc. He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees from Tsinghua University, China and Ph.D. from University of Washington, Seattle, USA. Lead and involved in various levels of energy regulatory authorities and energy enterprises' transformation strategy research, policy document formulation, and major demonstration promotion, and other related tasks.
