Jiayu Li, Master’s degree in Control Science and Engineering from North China Electric Power University, Assistant Researcher. He mainly engages in research on regional low-carbon energy planning, strategic transformation of energy enterprises, prediction of renewable energy output, and design of electricity market trading mechanisms. He has deeply participated in more than 10 strategic planning consulting projects for energy related central enterprises, including the National Energy Administration, the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China, as well as State Grid, China Southern Power Grid, State Power Investment Corporation, China Huaneng Group, and China Resources Gas Group. He has published more than 10 high-level papers and co-authored multiple monographs and research reports.
