"Yao Meng, received the B.S. degree from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2012, the
M.S. degree from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, in 2015, and the Ph.D. degree from North Carolina State University, Raleigh, NC, USA, in 2019. He was a Research Staff Member with China Electric Power Planning and Engineering Institute. He is currently with Energy Governance team of Energy Internet Research Institute Tsinghua University. His major research interests include low-carbon policy, distribution system analysis, operation of power systems with energy storage, optimal planning.
