Zhang Qin, Master of Applied Psychology, Institute of Psychology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Currently, she is the Director of Operation Department of the Energy Internet Research Institute (EIRI) of Tsinghua University. She is mainly responsible for the operation and management of the Institute, such as personnel, administration, publicity, business, finance, etc., as well as the support of the think tanks of one department and two institutes.
