Power System Analysis Researcher

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for tasks related to the construction, planning, and operational analysis of new power systems. This includes project planning, fundraising surveys, and feasibility studies according to research project requirements.

2. Build models conduct computational analysis for project research, and contribute to the intellectual property indicators of the project.

3. Assist in organizing team materials and participating in presentations and communication. Complete other tasks as assigned by the research team leader.

Qualifications:

1. A full-time master's degree or higher in fields such as power systems or electrical engineering. PhD degree preferred.

2. Solid understanding of fundamental principles in power system operation, power system security and stability, and electricity markets.

3. Prior experience in large-scale scientific projects preferred, as well as experience related to power trading, power dispatch, and power system reform.

4. Strong communication skills especially in writing. A record of publications in key journals in areas such as power systems, electricity markets, and dispatch automation preferred.

5. Proficiency in office software. Capable of using simulation and analysis tools such as MATLAB, PSCAD, and Python.

6. CET-6 (College English Test Band 6) or above certificate or equivalent, capable of reading English research literature.

7. Diligent, initiative, and responsible, with a good sense of teamwork, strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.
