Responsibilities:

Monitor domestic and international energy policy trends. Research low-carbon strategic transformation and innovative technology solutions for the energy industry based on the evolution of low-carbon energy systems and technologies. Innovate strategic research methodologies for low-carbon planning optimization and assessment. Develop specialized analytical models for strategic research and guide research tool development.

Conduct research projects for governments, industries, and energy enterprises. Perform project requirement analysis, formulate research proposals, lead project report preparation, patent applications, and academic paper publications. Ensure project implementation and delivery.

Participate in think tank research initiatives, author think tank research reports, and publish research outcomes.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree or above from an accredited domestic or international university in an energy-related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in strategic planning with professional model operation and analysis capabilities. Priority given to candidates with project management experience in renowned energy consulting firms.

CET-6 or equivalent English proficiency. Strong technical writing skills in both Chinese and English. Excellent bilingual communication skills. Candidates with publications in reputable journals are preferred.

Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking abilities. Proficiency in office software and professional documentation preparation.
