Responsibilities:
1. Track industry news and be familiar with relevant policies. Track and analyze the latest developments in the field of power markets.
2. Engage in research projects related to energy storage participation in the power market. This includes research on energy storage cost assessment methods, price evaluation models, energy storage business models, and strategies and mechanisms for energy storage participation in the electricity spot market and ancillary services market.
3. Support preliminary project work, including preliminary research, communication, and preparation of bidding documents.
4. Lead project research, report writing, patent applications, and research paper publications.
Qualifications:
1. A full-time master's degree or higher in power economics, power systems, energy, or related disciplines. Ph.D. degree preferred.
2. Strong communication skills, especially in writing. Experience in large-scale project research and writing preferred. (Please submit supporting materials along with your resume).
3. Research paper publications in key journals in areas such as power markets, power economics, dispatch automation, power marketing, or related fields preferred (please submit supporting materials along with your resume).
4. Proficiency in MATLAB programming language and mathematical optimization tools such as Cplex. Experience in project development in the field of power systems is preferred.
5. Prior experience in research and consulting in relevant fields preferred.
6. CET-6 (College English Test Band 6) or above certificate or equivalent, capable of reading English research literature.
7. Diligent, initiative, and responsible, with a good sense of teamwork, strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.
