Power Semiconductor Mass Production Expert

Responsibilities:
Lead mass production ramp-up of power semiconductor devices:
Oversee chip design, process packaging/testing
Develop engineering sample plans and production tooling
Ensure on-schedule production launch
Design reliability validation protocols; coordinate with suppliers for execution.
Collaborate with test engineers to:
Validate performance and confirm yield rates
Analyze production yield data and implement enhancement strategies
Proactively mitigate potential yield risks
Resolve production anomalies:
Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions
Verify efficacy of improvements
Conduct failure analysis (FA) for production/field issues:
Develop FA methodologies
Author technical failure reports
Qualifications:
Master’s/Ph.D. in Microelectronics/Electrical Engineering/Automation (preferred).
Priority to candidates with:
High-volume manufacturing experience
Power electronics/semiconductor industry background
Expertise in power semiconductor principles (IGBTs, MOSFETs, thyristors, etc.).
Preferred: TCAD tool proficiency (Sentaurus/Silvaco).
CET-6+ English; fluent technical documentation reading.
