Power Systems Analysis Researcher
Position Code: 24030205
Responsibilities:
Lead new power system planning, operation analysis, and project development, including project design, data collection, and feasibility studies.
Develop computational models and conduct analyses to achieve intellectual property (IP) targets.
Support team documentation, technical exchanges, and other assigned research tasks.
Qualifications:
Master’s/Ph.D. in Power Systems/Electrical Engineering (Ph.D. preferred).
Preferred:
2+ years industry experience
Project experience in power trading, grid dispatch, or power sector reform (submit proof)
Solid grasp of:
Power system operation principles
Grid stability and electricity markets
Priority to candidates with:
Large-scale R&D project experience
Peer-reviewed publications in power systems/markets/dispatch automation (submit proof)
Proficiency in Office Suite and MATLAB/PSCAD/Python simulation tools.
CET-6+ English proficiency.
Exceptional communication/presentation skills; strong teamwork ethic.
