Position: Intern - Digital Transformation
Responsibilities:
Assist project leads in survey design and execution; apply statistical/mathematical modeling to analyze collected data, extracting actionable insights.
Utilize regression/factor/cluster analysis to investigate complex variable relationships; present findings in reports and verbal briefings.
Support the team in additional analytical tasks.
Qualifications:
Current full-time Master's student (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science preferred) from accredited universities.
Proficient in statistical software (SPSS, R, Python).
Solid statistical foundation; skilled in regression analysis; preference for structural equation modeling (SEM) expertise.
Experience in survey design, data collection, and independent fieldwork.
CET-4 or equivalent English proficiency; basic communication skills.
Strong logical thinking, data analysis/visualization capabilities for clear results presentation.
Fast-learning, self-motivated; excellent oral/written communication; team-oriented.
Demonstrated:
Advanced presentation and cross-functional communication skills
Stress tolerance and proactive problem-solving
Adaptability to business travel and off-site work
Strong coordination and collaboration abilities
High political awareness, professional ethics, and commitment to public service; dedication to research/teaching/public duties.
