Energy Governance Research Center
Responsibilities:
1. Track progress and policy changes related to carbon peaking, carbon neutrality, new energy systems, and the national unified electricity market.
2. Conduct research on policies in the aforementioned areas, compose think tank research reports, and publish research findings.
3. Participate in research projects in relevant fields, such as policy consultation, document preparation, and mechanism design.
4. Perform other day-to-day research-related tasks within the think tank.
Qualifications:
1. A full-time Ph.D. degree with a focus on power systems, energy economics, or related fields, obtained within the last 3 years.
2. A strong foundation in theoretical and empirical research, capable of strategic planning, policy analysis, and case studies.
3. Experience in large-scale scientific projects and research writing preferred.
4. Strong communication and analytical skills. Relevant work experience in the areas of low carbon, new energy, or electricity trading is preferred.
5. Proficiency in office software for professional document preparation, capable of engaging in international academic exchanges. Experience in publishing outstanding international papers is preferred.
6. A CET-6 (College English Test Band 6) or above certificate or equivalent, capable of reading English research literature.
7. Diligent, initiative, and responsible, with a good sense of teamwork, strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.
