Position: Postdoctoral Researcher - Electrical Design R&D for High-Power Electronic Equipment
Responsibilities:
Research topology and parametric design methodologies for high-power electronic equipment in renewable energy generation, DC grids, energy storage, and hydrogen systems, including:
AC/DC converter valves
DC circuit breakers
DC transformers
Wind power converters
STATCOM energy storage devices
Hydrogen production power supplies
Develop electrical designs, including:
Main circuit design
Electrical parameter calculation
System simulation analysis
Component selection
Power module design
Execute equipment development and testing:
Prototype development
Hardware/software debugging
Engineering application validation
Qualifications:
PhD obtained within 3 years (Electrical Engineering, Automation preferred) from accredited institutions.
Priority for candidates with industrial R&D experience in:
AC/DC converter valves
DC circuit breakers/transformers
Wind power converters
STATCOM systems
Hydrogen power supplies
CET-6 or equivalent English proficiency; fluent in technical literature.
Diligent, proactive, team-oriented, detail-focused, accountable, with strong problem-solving/communication skills.
