Position: Postdoctoral Researcher - Flexible Power Supply and Energy Management
Responsibilities:
Lead or participate in research projects on flexible power supply equipment/systems for rail transit, data centers, and petrochemical/metallurgical industries.
Conduct optimization planning analysis and operational control for flexible traction power supply systems.
Research energy management systems for rail transit energy internet.
Investigate next-generation energy routing systems and microgrids for data centers.
Develop deep learning solutions and optimal control strategies for grid-forming flexible power supply systems.
Qualifications:
Meet Tsinghua University's postdoctoral appointment requirements.
PhD in Electrical Engineering or Control Science.
Record of high-impact publications in top-tier journals of the discipline.
Theoretical expertise in ≥3 of:
Power system analysis
High-power electronics
Mathematical optimization
Machine learning
Automatic control
Relay protection
*Priority given to candidates with project experience in:
Rail transit flexible traction systems
High-penetration power electronics systems*
Demonstrated academic ethics, rigorous scientific attitude, and physical/mental fitness.
Strong independent problem-solving capabilities, communication skills, and collaborative spirit.
