Center for Flexible Power Supply for Rail Transit
Responsibilities:
1. Optimal planning, operation, protection and equipment development of next-generation flexible power-supply systems: across scenarios such as direct green-power supply with PV-storage-charging for data centers, low-carbon industrial parks, railway traction power supply, data centers, integrated PV-storage-hydrogen, and petroleum/metallurgy, develop the architecture, operational control, coordinated protection and core equipment of next-generation flexible power-supply systems.
2. Research-project management and academic outputs: promote industry-university-research integration and deployment of key technologies, participate in and apply for key projects at various levels, and produce high-level academic outputs and intellectual property.
Requirements / Qualifications:
1. PhD in Electrical Engineering, Energy-Systems Engineering, Power Electronics and Electric Drives or a related field.
2. Experience in multi-scenario system design for new-type power systems, or participation in power-electronic equipment or grid-forming systems, is preferred.
3. Command of system-level architecture design and multi-objective optimization; familiarity with energy-management algorithms; capability in embedded development, hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing or equipment hardware/software development.
4. Able to read and understand international technical standards and frontier literature, and to write large-scale project proposals and technical design documents.
5. Emphasis on industry-university-research integration and practical deployment, with strong interdisciplinary communication and engineering-project driving skills.
