Position: Postdoctoral Researcher - Secondary Control & Protection R&D for High-Power Electronic Equipment
Responsibilities:
Research control and protection strategies for high-power electronic equipment in renewable energy generation, DC grids, energy storage, and hydrogen systems, including:
AC/DC converter valves
DC circuit breakers
DC transformers
Wind power converters
STATCOM energy storage devices
Hydrogen production power supplies
Develop hardware for control cards, including:
Component selection for hardware circuits
PCB design
BOM compilation
Control card development/testing
Equipment verification
Develop software for control cards, including:
Control/protection strategy design
Software development/testing
Prototype development
Hardware/software debugging
Engineering application validation
Qualifications:
PhD obtained within 3 years (Electrical/Electronic/Control Engineering preferred) from accredited institutions.
Proficient in power electronics with solid foundation in:
Circuit theory
Analog/digital electronics
Automatic control principles
Priority for candidates with:
Secondary hardware/software development experience for HV power electronic equipment
CET-6 or equivalent English proficiency; fluent in technical literature.
Diligent, proactive, team-oriented, detail-focused, accountable, with strong problem-solving/communication skills.
