Postdoctoral Researcher - Electronic Circuit Hardware R&D
Responsibilities:
Engage in hardware development work related to drive control circuits for power semiconductor devices (such as IGCT), high-voltage power supplies, and control and protection systems for device testing platforms;
Be responsible for circuit schematic design, component selection and parameter optimization, PCB drawing, FPGA/CPLD/DSP hardware programming, reliability optimization, etc.;
Undertake work such as circuit board debugging, reliability and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing;
Cooperate in the design and debugging of power electronic devices, and provide technical support for engineering applications.
Qualifications:
Graduated with a doctoral degree from a formal full-time university (domestic or international) within the past 3 years, majoring in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation, or related disciplines;
Have a solid foundation in analog and digital circuit design, proficient in circuit design and PCB drawing software such as Multisim and AD, and have experience in solving EMC and reliability issues;
Those with experience in designing drive circuits for semiconductor devices such as thyristors, IGBTs, and IGCTs, or in designing control and protection systems for power electronic equipment in high-voltage power grids are preferred;
Reach CET-6 (College English Test Band 6) or an equivalent level or above, with a good English foundation and the ability to read English literature fluently;
Be diligent with strong initiative, have a sense of teamwork, work conscientiously, bear a strong sense of responsibility, and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.
