Postdoctoral Researcher - Power System Analysis

Responsibilities:

Participate in the implementation of scientific and technological projects, consulting projects, and research topics; take charge of research-related work such as compiling feasibility study reports, conducting data collection and research, and drafting research reports for topics in the fields of power systems and electricity markets.

Be responsible for the implementation of models and algorithms in research, and fulfill intellectual property indicators including patent applications and academic paper publications.

Qualifications:

Hold a doctoral degree from a formal full-time university (domestic or international) obtained within the past 3 years; major in Electrical Engineering, Power System or related disciplines.

Possess a solid foundation in theoretical and empirical research; prior experience in scientific and technological projects or consulting projects is preferred.

Have strong writing skills or quantitative analysis capabilities, and own representative academic achievements; candidates who have published papers in core journals in fields such as electricity markets, power economics, or power grid optimization are preferred.

Master the basic principles of power system operation analysis and electricity markets; proficient in using modeling, simulation and analysis tools such as Python/MATLAB.

Reach CET-6 or an equivalent English proficiency level; have a good English foundation and be able to read English literature fluently.

Be diligent with strong initiative, have a sense of teamwork, work conscientiously, bear a strong sense of responsibility, and possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
