Energy Governance Research Center
Responsibilities:
1. Participate in think tank research in the fields of energy internet, new energy, renewable energy, dual-carbon strategy, and green finance.
2. Conduct research on related policy, industry, and economy in the aforementioned areas, compose think tank reports, research reports, and due diligence reports, and present research findings.
3. Track the latest developments in energy technology both domestically and internationally, track and organize the development of industrial projects under different technological routes, and provide specific recommendations to policymakers and industry investors.
4. Participate in research and consulting projects, including preparing project proposals, participating in project bidding and project execution, and organizing and participating in project acceptance reviews. Provide regular progress reports and take responsibility for project quality.
5. Independently handle project-related tasks such as information compilation, research analysis, data collection, modeling analysis, and document preparation, and iterate and modify as required based on project plans and arrangements.
6. Conduct regular exchanges and research visits in collaboration with leading companies and technology startups in the energy sector, and analyze emerging industry trends to support related research.
7. Support public academic services and talent development activities within relevant departments at Tsinghua University, and complete other assigned daily tasks.
Qualifications:
1. A full-time Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering, finance, economics, energy, materials, or related disciplines, obtained within the last 3 years.
2. Capable of conducting high-level policy research and academic work, with a solid foundation in writing. Prior experience in scientific and technological consulting projects is preferred. Experience in publishing high-quality journal articles in the fields of new energy, new materials, green finance, and dual-carbon development strategy preferred. Experience in energy project investment preferred.
3. Strong communication skills, resilience, rigorous logic, strong data analysis abilities, efficient problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn. Embrace teamwork, and willingness to travel for work.
4. Prior work experience in research, policy, or industry analysis at universities, research institutions, government agencies, reputable companies, financial institutions, or investment institutions.
5. CET-6 (College English Test Band 6) or above certificate or equivalent, capable of reading English research literature.
6. Diligent, initiative, and responsible, with a good sense of teamwork, strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.
