Zhang Zhonghua is a first-class researcher of China Academy of Measurement Sciences (CAMS), an expert in electromagnetic metrology and an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering.Zhang Zhonghua graduated from Tsinghua University, majoring in high-voltage technology in the Department of Electrical Engineering in 1962, and then enrolled in the Graduate School of Tsinghua University, where he carried out his postgraduate studies in the Basic Teaching and Research Group of Electrotechnical Engineering in the Department of Electrical Engineering; he was assigned to the Electromagnetic Division of the China Academy of Measurement Sciences (CAMS) in 1967; and he was elected as academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering in 1995; From 1996 to 2006, he was the director of the Laboratory of Electrical Reference in the Quantum Department of the China Academy of Measurement Sciences; in 2011, he served as an expert consultant in the Jiangsu Provincial Quality and Safety Engineering Research Institute; in 2013, Zhang Zhonghua was negotiating with enterprises. He has been engaged in the research and design of national benchmarks of electromagnetic metrology for a long time.
